Challenge

As a startup consulting firm, The Next Step needed a stronger, more credible visual presence to support its EOS®, Kaizen, and continuous improvement services. Early materials lacked consistency and didn’t fully represent the firm’s capability or appeal to manufacturing and service-based clients.

Process

I led concept development and creative direction to expand the brand around the existing logo—partnering with writers, directing photography, and building a cohesive system of collateral, web designs, social content, and presentation materials. Each piece translated complex ideas into engaging visuals and created reliable consistency across digital, print, and event channels.

Solution

A unified brand system that strengthened The Next Step’s presence and reinforced its role as a trusted advisor. The updated materials improved consistency, elevated communication, and established a confident visual foundation for campaigns, presentations, and client outreach.
