Challenge

Schaffer Manufacturing produces high-quality wear parts and fabrication work, but the brand didn’t reflect the level of craftsmanship behind what they do. In a competitive industrial market, the visuals felt dated and inconsistent, making it harder to stand out and clearly show the strength of their capabilities across sales materials and the website.

Process

The work started by understanding how their products are used across industries like mining, agriculture, and rail, along with how customers judge durability and performance. From there, a clearer message and positioning took shape, followed by a new logo, updated color palette, and typography that better matched the rugged, engineered nature of the work.
