Building Consistency Across Two Equipment Brands
Role
Visual standards, literature systems, production templates, and sales collateral
Challenge
Terex and Genie both needed product literature and marketing materials that were clear, consistent, and easier to produce. The challenge was keeping each brand distinct while creating a more organized system for equipment-heavy content, product details, and dealer-facing materials.
Process
This was account work I handled while at Cenveo. I developed visual systems and literature templates that gave the team a more consistent way to build materials across product lines. The templates helped organize photography, specifications, headlines, and product messaging while reducing the amount of one-off layout work.
Solution
The updated system made the materials easier to produce, revise, and keep consistent across Terex and Genie communications. It also reduced production time by 25%, which helped the team move faster while maintaining a stronger, more reliable visual standard.
